Musing Monday

This week's musing is a simple one to start off the new year...
How many books did you read in 2010? If you had a reading goal, did you meet it? What books are you most looking forward to reading for 2011 (either new, OR ones that have sat on your shelves for a while)?

I didn't keep track of all the books I read last year but I do want to set a goal for myself and keep track. I think it would be fun. Maybe I'll make a spread sheet...? I know I read at least 20. And for me, that is low. But with having a little one around that does get in the way, lol. So, my aim for this year is to read 50-100 books. I am also going to start pushing myself to read books that I wouldn't typically read, broaden my horizons. Like historical architecture. I also plan on keeping up with my reviews to write. As of right now, I have 4 reviews to write and haven't started.
I am also getting my review books down to a minimum to keep up with them so that I am more free to buy/rent books when I choose and not feel bad for reading them, lol.
Also I want to make sure to read more books that I can learn from and those that will expand my vocabulary.
So any tips where to start?

Wow! That's a lot of books to read! Yea, broadening your book horizons I think is a good idea, but not always easy, you know?

Goodreads.com is the easiest way I have found to keep track of what I have read and want I want to read, you might want to check it out to help you this year.
